An old writing from an eternity ago…
What is it we want? Do not think; feel, sense, use your intuition.
We are as we are. No one can tell what you are, because you are who you are.
Live up to it.
What can maker your fear? but fear itself, because fear is who he is, or anger, it lives everywhere it is an emotion, that’s for sure, yet anger exists and everybody knows that, everyone knows anger, and anger knows itself, he is who he is.
Words can’t tell you anything, they can guide you, help you, even show you the universe, but you will not understand. Only an experience can give you existence.
Running does not help, experience is everywhere, you cannot hide from it. Running only means ignoring experience, ignoring the present, the present that will show you outside your boundaries, outside of what you have always thought to be real or even worse, what you thought was you.
