Los Procesos parte III

Hoy es el día 22 de mis meditaciones. Momentos difíciles.
Walking in the forest, thunder.
What do I hear? thunder.
Keep walking up the hill.
Half way there I trip.
Rolling down the hill I go.
Rocks in the way.
I fade out.
Thunder.
A hand in the darkness.
Thunder.
Open my eyes. Get up.
A voice in the darkness.
Water falling from the skies.
Lightning striking.
Still in the ground.
I cannot move.
A voice. Dawn has come.
Rise up.
Silence.
Slowly rising.
The sun shall warm my limbs.
Until I start moving once more, heat will not come.
Slowly getting up.
Slowly waking up.
The moment will come.
One Breath at a time.
The time will come.
Sonidos, sensaciones, pensamientos, emociones, experiencias, lo que sea, vivirlas con el alma, vivirlas con el cuerpo, vivirlas con el espíritu, vivirlas con la mente, Vivirlas con todo y con nada, vivirlas con el ser. Regresar a la esencia de donde venimos.
Nos movemos dentro del espiral del infinito, hacia donde nos lleva, solo la existencia y la no existencia saben. Mientras tanto aquí me encuentro.
Los amo a todos.
